New Meeting Date

Hello all! I am looking for a new day to hold meetings. I know that by the end of the day, those of us who suffer from chronic pain have a hard time functioning. I was thinking either Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Let me know if you have any preferences on the day. ♥ Bonnie

October 18th Meeting

Hello All!

This month I thought we would discuss alternatives to pain medications! Bring your ideas and dress comfortably! I thought we might practice breathing techniques and maybe a few yoga stretches!

Meeting!

Last night's meeting went very well! Didn't have a huge turnout, but we are slowly getting there! We had some nice conversations, and it was great hearing from somebody else's perspective about living with chronic pain. 

Our next meeting is scheduled for October 25th! I'll post reminders as we get closer to the date!

2 More Days!

Hope to get the word out for those who are looking for a support group!  We are meeting every 3rd Thursday of the month, which means our next meeting is this Thursday at 7:00!

This is a free informal support group for those who suffer from Fibromyalgia (like me), or any other chronic pain! It is also open to those who do their very best to help those of us who are in constant pain (like my wonderful hubby)!

Today's the BIG Day!

The very first Eastside FM and CP Support Group is tonight at 7:00 p.m. at 11160 Montwood Drive. Remember, this group is free of charge and open to those who either suffer from some sort of Chronic Pain, or support someone who suffers from Chronic Pain!
